What Is A Deciduous Tree?

A deciduous tree is one that shed all or some of it’s leaves for part of the year (usually in the Autumn or Fall). In temperate and polar regions, these trees are generally bare during the cold of winter. In other parts of the world, deciduous plants lose their leaves during the dry part of the year.
